At Enviro-Clean we’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Janitorial Trainer/Recruiting Assistant Coordinator to train and support janitorial team members while assisting with recruiting and hiring needs as needed.

1 st Shift

Full-Time

$21.50/hour

• Train new and existing janitorial employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, safety, and company expectations.
• Provide coaching, follow-up, and support to help employees succeed.
• Assist with recruiting, candidate screening, interviews and job fairs
• Step in as recruiting/hiring support during periods of increased hiring needs.
• Partner with Operations to identify training and staffing needs.
• Travel between locations as needed for training, recruiting, and employee support.

• Janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience preferred.
• Training, coaching, supervisory, recruiting, or hiring experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Professional and approachable with the ability to motivate others.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation (paid mileage and drive time)
