Westaff is looking for a Porter/ Janitor in Wallingford, CT
Westaff is seeking a Janitor who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and can confidently operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
Pay: Starting at $18/hr
Hours: Monday–Thursday 5pm-Finish & Sundays 1pm – Finish
Key Responsibilities
- Operate an electric pallet jack to move cleaning supplies, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain cleanliness in all warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and spill cleanup
- Assist with relocating pallets when needed to access areas for cleaning
- Support warehouse operations as required
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- $18/hr starting pay
- Opportunity for growth within the company
- Cross‑training in other departments and roles
- Stable, full‑time schedule
- EPJ experience is required
- Stand‑up Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work until shift completion
