OverviewAs a Facility Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment, you will keep everything running: the lanes, the attractions, the kitchen equipment, and every building system in between, staying ahead of failures and being the first one called when something goes wrong.
What You'll Do- Perform and oversee daily repair and maintenance across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lanes, and attractions.
- Execute preventative maintenance schedules, document all work, and monitor equipment performance to get ahead of failures.
- Serve as the on-site technical expert, completing repairs and troubleshooting issues with speed and precision.
- Manage contractors, vendors, parts inventory, and facility budgets.
- Train and develop maintenance team members in safe practices, technical skills, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to keep the center fully operational.
- 3 or more years of facilities or technical operations leadership in a high-volume environment.
- Practical experience with plumbing, electrical repair, HVAC, and general contracting.
- Proven ability to build and lead a maintenance team focused on uptime and guest satisfaction.
- Financial acumen including preventive maintenance budgeting, vendor management, and cost control.
- Strong understanding of safety compliance, OSHA standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in mechanical or technical spaces.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $28.00 per hour.
