Are you a friendly, hands-on problem solver who enjoys creating a five-star experience for guests? As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be an important part of our TEAM, handling general repairs, basic HVAC maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs
• Complete routine and preventive maintenance, including guest room inspections
• Respond promptly to guest room work orders and service calls
• Maintain the hotel’s interior and exterior
• Assist with housekeeping duties as needed

• Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred
• Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC units, and electrical systems
• Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is a plus
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50-100 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM
• Strong work ethic and a positive, guest-focused attitude
