About the RoleAre you a friendly, hands-on problem solver who enjoys creating a five-star experience for guests? As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be an important part of our TEAM, handling general repairs, basic HVAC maintenance, and daily preventive maintenance throughout the hotel.

- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
- Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs
- Complete routine and preventive maintenance, including guest room inspections
- Respond promptly to guest room work orders and service calls
- Maintain the hotel’s interior and exterior
- Assist with housekeeping duties as needed
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Familiarity with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall, PTAC units, and electrical systems
- Knowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50-100 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a TEAM
- Strong work ethic and a positive, guest-focused attitude
