Industrial Cleaning Technician - 1st shift

Full Time 1st Shift Industrial Cleaning Custodian – Wapakoneta, OH, US

Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour. Hourly paid weekly.

Schedule:

Tuesday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.;
Saturday, 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ; off Sundays and Mondays. Full‑time direct labor.

• Clean and maintain production areas: use air blowing equipment such as air wands or blowers to remove lint and dirt from ceilings, railings, equipment, and floors.
• Operate equipment: safely operate boom lifts and forklifts to reach high areas and ensure thorough cleaning.
• Vacuum and sweep: collect and dispose of lint and dirt that has been blown down, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow safety protocols: adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team: work closely with other team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience cleaning in an industrial environment is preferred.
• Must have good time‑management skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to climb, crouch, crawl, and get on knees to access equipment.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be capable of operating boom lift and forklift safely; prior experience preferred.
• Must have ability to comprehend and communicate in English.

Competitive pay based on experience.

Weekly perfect‑attendance bonus $2.50 per hour.
