• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Greet customers professionally and assist in identifying vehicle concerns
• Communicate repair options and answer customer questions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Handle customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with police tows and accident scene remediation as needed
• Work effectively with team members to ensure high-quality service

• Previous automotive repair experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have common hand tools
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and customer needs
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Friendly and respectful communication skills, even in difficult situations
