Warehouse Forklift Operator/Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-Time

1 year (Previous warehouse experience is a plus)
Salary Range: $27.53/per hour plus fringe benefit of $11.60/hr. ($8.60 H&W / $3.00 401k contribution)
Hours: 7:00 a.m.
- 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (8 hr. shift)
- 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry and painting
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas, both inside and outside the facility
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and store materials, products, and equipment
- Drive company vehicles daily to support delivery and receiving operations, including transporting materials, equipment, and supplies
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing supplies
- Follow proper safety procedures and guidelines during all warehouse operations
- Conduct pre- and post-operation forklift inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective action when necessary
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Maintain compliance with company standards and procedure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Valid forklift certification
- Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to operate company vehicles
- Prior experience in general maintenance and/or facilities operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Combination of warehouse, maintenance, and outdoor environments
- Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and varying temperatures
- May require flexible hours, including occasional overtime
- Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
- Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
