Super Custom Signs is a brand‑new family‑owned, full‑service sign and graphics shop in Warner Robins, GA, and is seeking a Master Sign Maker to be our Operations Leader. Our simple mission is to delight each customer by delivering exceptional products and services with exemplary professionalism, on time, and within budget, without exception.

Are you that experienced sign industry craftsperson who is ready to take that next career step from Sign Shop worker to Sign Shop Leader? Are you already a seasoned sign shop leader but want the challenge and excitement of taking a shop from nothing to full throttle? Are you ready to knock them down as fast as I can set them up?

Super Custom Signs needs an experienced Sign Business Operations Leader to join our team. We have the latest equipment and cannot wait to show off what it can do.

What we are specifically looking for is someone with:

• The drive to get fully immersed in partnering in ramping up this new business.
• 7+ years of hands‑on sign making experience
• Graphic design experience, specifically in the Adobe suite or similar.
• Experience with RIP software
• Color management and matching experience
• Broad range installation experience (surface applications, wraps, monuments, channel letters, dimensional signs, etc.)
• Experience with face‑to‑face customer interactions
• Experience coordinating with outsourced partners, suppliers, and sub‑contractors
• Project management/workflow experience
• People leadership experience
• The drive of an entrepreneur
• Exceptional organizational skills
• A hunger to learn and grow professionally
• The ability to have fun

One more thing—this is a position for an operations person with demonstrated design skills. If you are only a graphics designer and do not have the hands‑on experience described above, I am not quite ready for you just yet. Maybe soon but not right now.
