Performance Food service, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants and hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants and other experts builds close relationships with each customer, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection and operational strategies. The Performance Food service team delivers delicious food, but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.

• Performs general cleaning and sanitation related job tasks in warehouse facility, including dry, cooler and freezer areas. Requires operation of pallet jack to transport refuse/trash to appropriate receptacles.
• General cleaning duties include but are not limited to sweeping, dusting, mopping, trash pick up and use of compactor. May be required to work with cleaning chemicals.
• Follows all safety rules and completes all duties as assigned per business need.
• Completes all work according to company health and safety policies and guidelines. Reports any and all unsafe conditions or unsafe acts immediately to ensure safety of all associates. Is certified to operate all required equipment.
• Performs cleaning duties as assigned including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash pick up and related sanitation tasks.
• Handles all cleaning chemicals as directed in hazmat material sheets.
• Timely and accurate completion of all assigned Pure Safety training modules.
• Completes all assignments and timely and accurately.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 6:00pm - 4:00am

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 3 - 6 Months general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience

• 6 - 12 Months general sanitation, cleaning, and/or janitorial work experience in a warehouse environment;
  Pallet jack experience
