We provide video gaming terminals, redemption terminals and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country.

Job Description:

Responds to service appointments in a timely matter in all types of weather and light conditions. Conducts wellness checks at locations to ensure Accel Entertainment equipment is clean and serviceable. Uses computer and cell phone applications to perform duties and complete administrative tasks. Cleans, inspects, tests, and troubleshoots VGTs, RTs, Amusements, Standalone ATMs, and Marketing equipment. Performs repairs, adjusts, and/or replaces parts as necessary to keep equipment operating in optimal condition.

Communicates with Accel Entertainment employees and customers to ensure minimum equipment down time and an optimal customer experience. Replenishes cash cassettes and coins in RTs, ATMs, and change machines. Completes hand pays with cash when required. Safeguards company property by following company policies and standard operating procedures. Manage vehicle inventory to ensure commonly used parts and tools are available when needed.

Able to interpret VGT pay lines and rules, and able to explain them to customers. Uses hand tools to perform adjustments and/or replace parts on VGTs, RT, Amusement equipment, and Standalone ATMs. Able to use wiring diagrams to aid in troubleshooting VGTs, RTs, Amusement equipment, and Standalone ATMs. Uses multimeters, outlet testers, and cable testers to test for continuity and voltage.

Follows procedures for parts control and ordering replacement parts. Completes all necessary documentation for device entry and in-house logs. Delivers equipment, funds, and supplies between company locations to other company locations, and customer locations, or to other technicians as needed. Restocks amusement supplies as needed. Follows policies and procedures for maintaining company assigned vehicles. Follows all Accel and IGB policies and procedures.

Works full shift in assigned service territory. Performs other duties as required.

Base Pay Range: $20-22/hr This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position. The base salary will depend on a number of factors such as: qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
