Make- Technician: Fast, -Service Prep

RPM Living in Georgia is seeking a Make Ready Technician responsible for the efficient preparation of vacant apartment units to be re-leased, performing turn tasks, repairs, and ensuring quality standards.

You will inspect sheetrock, caulk and seal fixtures, perform touch-up paint, manage supplies, reduce costs by fixing rather than replacing, support curb appeal, and follow safety policies while delivering strong resident service.
