Service (Maintenance) Specialists

River Pointe Apartments in Fridley, Minnesota

Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Rotating on-call schedule
$25 - $27/hour (based on experience) + renewal bonus eligibility
Preventative maintenance, repairs, inventory management, and emergency procedures
Active Driver's License Required

High school diploma or equivalent
