Overview
Highland Park Housing Commission (HPHC) is seeking qualified bidders to respond to an RFP.
Project scopeHPHC has a five-story low-rise multifamily building two, with one a freight cab (also used by resident) and a resident-only smaller elevator cab, Hydraulic, Piston units. These two elevators need a full modernization and related work. Scope of work generally includes all electronics, updated code requirements, larger oil tank, oil cooler, and any additional typical materials and/or componentry based on current standards.
Davis-Bacon prevailing wages apply.
