The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, and overall appearance of the corporate office building. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and public spaces.
* Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with building policies.
* Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products.
* Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
* Respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance requests from staff or management.
* Ensure floors, entryways, and high-traffic areas are kept safe.

* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an office or commercial building setting preferred.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
* Ability to lift to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

* Work Schedule:

** Full-time Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm
** Pay Rate:** $20.00/hr.
