Operate and monitor Building Automation Systems and critical facility infrastructure, including chilled water systems, HVAC equipment, pumps, UPS systems, generators, and power distribution;
Respond to alarms, abnormal operating conditions, and facility emergencies;
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and oversee contractors;
Maintain operational readiness and document equipment status through routine rounds and logs;
Verify system restoration following maintenance and participate in safety audits and readiness inspections
