Facilities Maintenance Technician

We're looking for a dependable, hands‑on Facilities Maintenance Technician to help ensure our branches and corporate facilities remain in excellent condition.

What You’ll Do

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll travel between our branch and corporate locations performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for members and employees.

Responsibilities Include
  • Open assigned buildings and perform daily safety inspections.
  • Perform repairs involving electrical, plumbing, heating, mechanical systems, and general building maintenance.
  • Complete painting, carpentry, plastering, and minor installation projects.
  • Maintain flooring, including carpet cleaning and stripping/waxing hard surface floors.
  • Maintain interior and exterior lighting.
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings and special events.
  • Move furniture and assist with office relocations.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance and cleanup situations.
  • Receive, organize, and distribute maintenance supplies and inventory.
  • Maintain maintenance vehicles and equipment.
  • Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance at designated locations.
  • Remove snow from entrances and walkways during winter months.
  • Keep parking lots and exterior areas clean and well maintained.
  • Clean and maintain ATM/PTM machines and drive‑thru equipment at branch locations.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Work with outside contractors when appropriate.

Qualifications What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of maintenance or facilities experience.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with painting, carpentry, and general building repairs.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and floor care.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
