Janitorial Cleaner

Job Summary

Berk Enterprises is a stocking global supplier of food service disposables located in Northeast Ohio and currently has an opening for a Janitorial Cleaner. We are currently looking for self‑motivated candidates with a “can‑do” attitude to join our team! Generally responsible janitorial duties at our warehouses located in the Warren area.

Part‑Time available Morning or afternoon 4 hr. shifts available M‑F

• Sweep or vacuum and mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and surfaces.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Work effectively with other team members.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.

• Must be reliable.
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and be able to work alone with limited supervision.
• Must be able to work on your feet for over 90% of the workday or assignment.
