Sanitation Worker
AVI Food systems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to immediately hire to fill the role of a Full-time Sanitation Worker working 2nd shift Monday - Friday at the Culinary Support Center in Warren, OH.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand all aspects of the sanitation and pest control programs
- Maintain the formal SSOP for all equipment cleaning processes in our Culinary Support Center
- Ensure proper logging, swabbing, testing, general sanitation and adherence to strict safety protocols
- Use safety equipment and cleaning tools to ensure team member safety.
- Ensure compliance in regard to applicable regulatory authority.
- Have the ability to titrate chemicals
- Help inspect equipment after cleaning to ensure proper cleaning and that sanitation is completed. Direct re-cleaning of equipment if necessary
- Complete post cleaning checklist in accordance with the Sanitation Policy
Requirements:
- 3 or more years minimum related experience and/or training preferred. Sanitation experience preferred
- Serv Safe certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of the rules and regulations that govern the food service industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
