This is a temporary position. Set-up/strike area, meeting rooms, locker rooms, classrooms, offices, weight rooms, and other areas for athletic events, concerts, dinners, and other programs, as assigned. Sweep, dust mop, spot mop, spray buff, shower scrub, burnish, and refinish all hard surface floors throughout the assigned area, or as assigned by the supervisor. Vacuum, spot clean, shampoo, extract carpets throughout the assigned area, or as assigned by the supervisor.
Move furniture, equipment, materials, and perform other general maintenance. Service, clean, and disinfect restrooms, classrooms, offices, weight rooms, and clean drinking fountains. Remove trash and debris from building to dumpster. Clean doors, partition glass, interior windows, blinds, light fixtures, and vents. Replace light bulbs, as needed. Dust furniture, spot clean walls, ceilings, and doors/frames, as needed. Maintain custodial closets, work areas, and equipment in a clean and safe manner.
Snow removal, as required. Report to the FPO Main Office by job request anything that needs repairing or replacing. Perform additional duties, as assigned by administrative or supervising personnel.

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Safety and Specialty Certifications within one year of employment, to include:Personal protective equipment, blood born pathogens, hazardous materials, hazardous communications, wall and upholstery cleaning, hard floor surfacing, gym floors, asbestos awareness, lock-out/tag-out, carpet care, etc
Physical Requirements:Excessive standing and/or walking, Exposure to extreme temperatures, Exposure to fumes and/or chemicals, Exposure to heights, Exposure to loud noises, Lifting (weight) - 50 lbs.
Working Hours and Days:Monday - Friday 6AM - 2:30PM
