• Production testing on a variety of electronic products
• Use test equipment to determine pass/fail requirements
• Use of electronic test stands
• Ensure personal compliance to Quality Systems processes
• Proactively participate in safety and lean programs
• Set up test with minimal supervision

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics OR Associate's degree in Electronics plus 2+ years of related experience OR high school diploma/equivalent plus 4+ years of related experience

• Ability to use basic test equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, frequency generators and counters, hi pot testers and power supplies
• Ability to read schematics
• Able to lift 50 lbs occasionally

• Previous railroad experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills; legible handwriting
• Microsoft Excel and word experience
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented
• Previous experience using basic test equipment
• Demonstrated understanding of lean manufacturing
• Demonstrated moderate problem solving skills in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work with minimal supervision

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who will work in Warrensburg, MO is $28.58 per hour during training and after 90 days of employment increases to $29.00 per hour. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry and education.

KB Signaling is a multi-state employer, and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
