Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on hospital facilities, systems, and equipment;
Conduct troubleshooting and maintain accurate maintenance records;
Perform safety and operational tests on critical utility systems (backflow preventions, water chemistry, alarms, steam traps, electrical leakage tests, emergency generators);
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and hospital policies;
Support on-call coverage and weekend rotation as part of the schedule
