Maintenance & Facilities Group Leader - Night Shift Direct Hire | Warsaw, IN | 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Join the team of a leading manufacturing company in Warsaw, IN as a Maintenance & Facilities Group Leader
. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced industrial maintenance professional who enjoys developing people, improving equipment reliability, and working closely with production to keep operations running efficiently. • Lead and develop a team of 5-6 maintenance technicians.
• Oversee maintenance activities across both production equipment and facility systems, with an approximately 50/50 focus.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and programs, with approximately 80% of maintenance activity focused on preventative maintenance.
• Partner closely with production to determine the best timing for equipment downtime and maintenance to minimize disruption and maximize uptime.
• Work alongside the maintenance team on the floor, providing hands-on leadership and technical support.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and spare parts to ensure critical resources are available when needed.
• Utilize the facility's CMMS to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities.
• Oversee facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Respond to maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
• Train, mentor, and develop maintenance team members while promoting a positive, accountable team environment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, schedules, inspections, and related documentation.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to equipment reliability, maintenance processes, safety, and facility operations.

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or facilities/maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising a maintenance team.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Experience working with a CMMS.
• Strong knowledge and experience with preventive maintenance programs and scheduling.
• Ability to understand production demands and make sound decisions regarding equipment downtime.
• Strong people-development and leadership skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable in a hands-on role, working alongside technicians on the manufacturing floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Automotive manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• 3 days ON / 2 days OFF / 2 days ON / 3 days OFF
