Stack clean dishes on racks and ensure proper use of water and detergent;
Deliver clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits and assist with rinsing and drying of pots, pans, utensils, and dough boxes;
Assist cooks with prep as needed;
Prepare the dishwashing machine for daily activity and inspect for cracks or broken equipment;
Monitor dishwashing machine for correct operation and report malfunctions promptly
