The Facilities Team Player is responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility, grounds, and service vans, feeding fish, and providing hands‑on assistance to other team members during projects as requested by management. The role keeps the shop, vehicles, and grounds running smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on designing, installing, and maintaining world‑class aquatic exhibits.
Responsibilities:- Building maintenance and upkeep
- Grounds maintenance and weeding
- General housekeeping and cleaning
- Cleaning and maintaining company service vans
- Feeding fish and assorted animal‑care support
- Shipping, receiving, and inventory support
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming the facility
- Building systems upkeep (HVAC filter changes, light‑bulb changes, etc.)
- General handy work and minor repairs
- Tool organization and shop maintenance
- General company errands and supply pickups
- Assisting the team with tank moves and projects as requested
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may be shifted to accommodate the needs of the organization; a flexible schedule is preferred, as hours may vary depending on the nature of the work.
Expected Requirements &Experience:
Performing these tasks requires excellent time management, organizational ability, and attention to detail. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift over 60 lbs. Facilities and/or aquarium experience preferred but not required. Some mechanical ability is a plus — comfortable using tools for minor fixes and repairs.
Pay & Benefits:Compensation: from $18.00 per hour (non-exempt). This is a full‑time position with a 40 hr/week minimum guaranteed.

In‑person role based at our Warwick, RI facility. Pay will scale with company & personal growth.
