• Conduct proactive one‑on‑one motivational coaching, converting your athletic expertise into implementable strategies
• Lead high‑impact morning assemblies that activate the full student population
• Deliver interactive life‑skills workshops, guiding students through resilience, leadership, and goal‑achievement exercises
• Direct structured afternoon athletic training that embodies championship principles: create drills, demand maximum effort, refine technique, and instill grit and collaboration through activity
• Actively connect with every student throughout the day, stepping in to inspire during self‑directed learning periods and creating instructional opportunities that catalyze transformative thinking

• Observing from the periphery as a detached figure; you will be in the arena, directly working with students, facilitating sessions, and responding in the moment
• Delivering traditional classroom instruction or executing a prescribed curriculum; students work through adaptive educational software, and your role is life mentorship and guidance

• Former elite athletes competing at the highest echelons—Olympians, World Champions, professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL), or NCAA Division I All‑Americans
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject
• Proven experience using sport to mentor and coach life skills
• Demonstrated motivational leadership in athletic, academic, or professional settings
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• Willing to live in or relocate to Austin, TX

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
