Primary Purpose
Implement the special education ARD/IEP process. Provide information and work cooperatively with instructional personnel to provide the most appropriate programs for students with disabilities. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements of the ARD/IEP process.
Qualifications Education/Certification- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- Valid Texas teaching certificate or license related to special education
- Knowledge of ARD procedures and special education rules and regulations
- Ability to use a variety of computer software programs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Three years of experience in special education
