Milk Education are currently recruiting for Primary Support Staff to work across Primary schools in Washington.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and committed individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. Whether you have experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, SEN Support, or in a similar role, we would love to hear from you.
The Role:- Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Working 1:1 or with small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with learning activities
- Providing additional support for pupils with SEND where required
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Has experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
- Is patient, adaptable and proactive
- Has strong communication skills
- Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
