This is a full-time, on-site role located in the District of Columbia, United States. The individual in this role will be responsible for executing day-to-day tasks that are aligned with the goals of DCPS in improving student outcomes and supporting educational excellence. Core responsibilities include collaboration with educators, ensuring compliance with district policies, implementing best practices, and contributing to student success through effective program management.
Interaction with students, staff, and stakeholders will be integral to this position.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in educational program development and implementation
- Ability to apply data analysis to improve student performance
- Proficiency in organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student achievement
- Familiarity with local and federal education policies is a plus
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences Disorders
- Eligibile for District of Colmbia Department of Health licensure in Speech Language Pathology
