Milk Education are recruiting Trainee Teachers to work across Primary schools in Washington. This is a fantastic opportunity for ECTs or trainee teachers completing their teacher training who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience and secure their first teaching role.
Whether you’re looking for day-to-day supply, long-term placements, or a permanent position, we can support you in finding the right school to begin your teaching career.
The Role:- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Follow school planning or contribute to lesson preparation
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with support staff and senior leaders
- QTS (or on track to achieve QTS)
- Strong classroom management skills
- A passion for inspiring young learners
- A proactive and adaptable approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
