Source Collection Management Instructor

iRecruit Consulting LLC is supporting a confidential defense client in identifying a highly qualified All-Source Collection Management Instructor to support Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Collection Management courses, including Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT).

This role supports mission-critical national security training initiatives and requires both operational intelligence experience and instructional expertise.

• Serve as a platform instructor (in person and online) for DIA’s Collection Management Courses, to includes Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) and Collection Management.
• Present DIA-approved curriculum and support materials, lead classroom discussions and exercises, and respond to student questions.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of support materials, including but not limited to a training task inventory, program of instruction, lesson plans, course syllabus, course schedule, classroom exercises, evaluation rubrics, examinations, and job aids.
• Qualify as an instructor under ADI’s Instructor Professionalism Program (IPP) within twelve months of hire. Shall be required to qualifyas an instructor on at least one other JMITC course, as assigned by the Government, within twelve months of initial qualification as an OSINT instructor.
• Shall be required to attend and participate in training conferences and meetings at the direction and approval of the Government.

• Instructors shall possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or five (5) yearsof experience in intelligence collection, and shall possess demonstrated recent experience in all-source and non-traditional intelligence data sources, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community collection methods and capabilities.
• Musthave experience with Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) sensor capabilities and applications, and possess experience formulating MASINT collection strategies to support intelligence operations.
• Shall have a working knowledge of Windows, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
