Minimum Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in special education from an accredited educational program

• Valid state special education certificate (as required)

What You‘ll Do

• Provide specialized instruction and academic support in a school-based setting.

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) aligned to student goals.

• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, parents, and school teams to support student progress.

• Collect data, track student performance, and adjust instruction based on measurable outcomes.

• Maintain compliant documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines.
