The Career Education & Training – Part-Time Case Manager will support Adult Education & Training programs. This grant-funded position (through September 2026, with the possibility of extension) plays a key role in helping women and adult learners overcome barriers, build career pathways, and achieve long-term economic stability.
Reporting to the Director of Education & Training, the Case Manager will coordinate student services including recruitment, registration, intake assessments, individualized career planning, referrals, documentation, and reporting. The Case Manager works directly with students to identify strengths, address challenges such as childcare, transportation, or housing, and develop clear, measurable goals through an Individualized Career Path Transition Plan.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling or related field highly preferred.
- Minimum of two years of case management experience working in a non-traditional educational or social service setting.
- Experience facilitating group workshops, counseling sessions and career guidance discussions.
