• Current certification in Special Education and appropriate subject licensure for high school Science
• Proven expertise in both self-contained and co-teaching instructional models
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in differentiated instruction and classroom management
• Experience with high school science curriculum, especially Biology and Chemistry
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• A passion for fostering inclusive, engaging classroom environments

• Deliver effective instruction in Biology and Chemistry to 9th and 10th grade students in both self-contained and co-taught settings
• Adapt and modify curriculum to meet the individualized needs of students with a range of disabilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers to plan and implement co-teaching strategies
• Assess student progress, utilizing a variety of data-driven instructional methods
• Maintain an engaging, supportive classroom culture that encourages student success
• Engage in ongoing professional development and actively contribute to the school community

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.82 to $47.82.
