We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead products across the full product lifecycle in our math product line, and to ensure they align to Great Minds’ mission of serving all students with high-quality, knowledge-building instructional materials.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management - Math, you’ll serve as the voice of the customer, bringing market research, user insights, and data-driven analysis to shape roadmap, scope, and go-to-market strategy. You’ll lead projects by building alignment with cross-functional teams, resolving competing priorities before they become blockers, and driving decisions forward when no single team owns the outcome.

This is a role for a product leader who believes that coherence isn’t a feature, it’s a philosophy, and who is comfortable being the person who makes that philosophy real across Content, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Design, and Operations, whether or not those teams report to them. The ideal candidate has taken education products from concept to classroom, holds a bias toward evidence over opinion, and raises the standard of product craft on the teams around them.
