Job Description:

Summary:

This student position will support the Antiracist Research & Policy Center (ARPC) “Sonia Sanchez Social Justice Scholars (SSSJS)” program and the ARPC’s Affiliate Expertise initiative. They will work directly with the ARPC director.

Essential Functions:

Supporting the ARPC director’s instruction of the  cohort of SSSJSs.Communicate with the scholars in order to ensure that they are on task and supported in each of their assignments and outputs.

Support the promotion of the program and its final products.

Communicate with ARPC faculty affiliates in order to promote and support their research and expertise on their topics.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Part-time.
5 hours per week.

Salary Range:$18.40 per hour.
