Located in the Washington DC Area, our company is dedicated to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees, clients, and visitors.

• Cleaning:
  Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors, dusting and cleaning furniture, cleaning windows and mirrors, and sanitizing surfaces
• Stocking:
  Replenishing cleaning and maintenance supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas, and replacing trash can liners
• Organizing:
  Maintaining clean, organized, and safe janitor closets and storage areas
• Maintaining:
  Performing routine maintenance activities, such as fixing leaky taps, replacing light bulbs, and unclogging drains
• Notifying:
  Reporting unsafe conditions or the need for repairs or maintenance to supervisors
• Charting:
  Maintaining a cleaning chart that indicates areas that were cleaned and inspected

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a janitor or cleaner
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to handle basic maintenance and repair tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
