EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities:
Performs maintenance and repairs with little to no supervision/oversight.;
Assists higher-grade skilled crafts personnel engaged in the miscellaneous skilled labor related functions.;
May Tour the facilities on a regular schedule, completing inspections and checks in accordance with tour checklists, maintenance plans, service calls, etc.;
Assisting the trades personnel in building maintenance/repair tasks.;
Perform other tasks/duties as directed by their leads, chiefs, management.
