We're seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations across our university campus. In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment by performing light mechanical repairs, general upkeep, and routine maintenance tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly.

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required

* Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license

* 4 plus years of relevant facilities maintenance or technical support experience in a commercial and/or residential setting

* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

* Proficiency with standard maintenance equipment such as power tools, multimeters and plumbing snakes

* Familiarity with building management systems and maintenance tracking platforms

* Effective written and verbal communication skills

* Proactive problem-solving approach with attention to detail

* Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs

Technical Maintenance

* Perform basic to intermediate plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and grounds repairs per client guidelines

* Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks as directed

* Conduct building inspections; report recurring facility issues

* Document completed work adhering to client guidelines

Workspace Support

* Configure event spaces per client specifications

* Reset collaborative areas daily

* Perform minor furniture and workplace repairs

Operational Compliance

* Coordinate task priorities through client dispatch protocols

* Maintain tool/material inventory using vendor-approved systems

* Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements

Systems Reporting

* Submit repair recommendations through designated channels

* Flag equipment degradation patterns for playbook updates

* Provide automated status updates via client platform

* Complete other duties as assigned
