The Building People, LLC, has a position open for an Operations & Maintenance Specialist / Senior with an active Secret Clearance.

Please note that this position is for an upcoming position. We are, however, accepting applications for this anticipated need.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections of building systems.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Document deficiencies and maintenance requirements.
Support transition of O&M services from GSA to DHS.
Ensure facility readiness and code compliance.
Assist with maintenance planning and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of operations and maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Facility Management Professional (FMP).
CMMS experience.
Federal facilities experience.

Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications.
