Position Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment during non-operational hours. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, and take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive floor care services including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, scrubbing, stripping, and waxing.
- Operate professional floor care equipment such as low and high-speed scrubbers, extractors, and Kaivac systems.
- Prepare cleaning solutions by safely mixing water and approved chemicals according to manufacturer specifications.
- Transport, lift, and organize cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials to assigned work areas.
- Load and unload supplies into vehicles and return unused materials to designated storage areas.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies to ensure availability for assigned areas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs and skill level.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- High attention to detail
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety practices
- Must be able to pass a background check (if required)
- This is a part-time position.
- Monday - Friday
