Job Summary
Job Summary: A Warehouse Quality Customer Care Associate is responsible for the inspection and proper handling of customer-ordered warehouse products to ensure proper quality standards by performing the following duties.

- Assist sales groups regarding customer reported issues.
- Direct phone calls to appropriate departments and contacts, when needed.
- Assists with shipping and order processing.
- Answers emails, system messages, and phone calls.
- Review customer orders that include special
- Processes customer and vendor
- Troubleshoot outgoing customer shipments.
- Process reports ensuring all same day shipments and activities remain up to date.
- Update and maintain manufacturer certifications from various vendors.
- Comply with all applicable elements of the Company’s Quality Management System.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Comply with all Company Policies as defined in the Company’s Warehouse Orientation Packer (Heilind/DB Roberts).
- Work in a manner that promotes efficient handling and minimizes waste.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To perform the position, you must be a US Person as defined by ITAR. ITAR defines a US Person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (i.e., Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is often required to stand, sit, use computers, read, write, type, use copy machines, file paperwork, use telephones, and utilize written and oral communication to interact with clients, co-workers, and customers.
