Location: Creagh Concrete, Toomebridge
Hours: Full-time, 8am to 5pm

Creagh Concrete
, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading precast concrete manufacturers, is currently recruiting for a dedicated Toilet Facilities Cleaner with Maintenance Duties to join our team at our Toomebridge site.

About the Role

This is an important role within our operations, ensuring our onsite welfare facilities are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and maintained in good working order. Working as part of the Facilities team, you will help support a safe, clean and efficient working environment for all employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitise toilet facilities, washrooms, locker rooms and welfare areas across the factory site.
  • Restock supplies including soap, paper products and cleaning materials.
  • Carry out basic maintenance duties such as minor repairs, unblocking sinks/toilets, tightening fittings and reporting issues that require specialist attention.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Follow all health & safety procedures, including correct use of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
  • Support site maintenance team with general housekeeping or upkeep tasks when required.
  • Ensure cleaning schedules and records are completed accurately.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance (industrial or commercial environment beneficial).
  • Ability to carry out basic maintenance/handyperson tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to work.
  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
  • Good understanding of hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working across a large site.
