Responsibilities- Core Cleaning:
Maintain and clean floors in residential settings while ensuring customer satisfaction, using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on carpet, tile, grout, LVT, and upholstery. - Air Duct Cleaning:
Inspect ductwork, remove dust, debris, and contaminants, and ensure proper system functionality, addressing issues such as leaks. Safely complete jobs through effective communication and adherence to NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Association) Standards. - Use specialized equipment as required and identify and address any issues.
- Perform tasks safely and communicate effectively with team and customers.
- Be adaptable to perform either Core Cleaning or Air Duct Cleaning at any time.
- Travel as required within the surrounding area.
- All technicians are paid an hourly rate of $21.00, plus overtime and potential commission.
- NADCA certification results in an hourly rate of $25.00, plus overtime and potential commission.
- Hiring bonus for NADCA certified candidates.
- Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays for full‑time employees; part‑time and temporary employees are not eligible.
- Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL) in accordance with Washington state law.
- Paid corporate training courses and company‑provided uniforms.

- Valid Washington driver's license.
- Willingness to pursue company‑paid certification programs.
- Availability to work Saturdays and overtime.
- Related experience and/or training in sales and public interaction, or an equivalent combination of experience preferred.
- Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record.
- Ability to move, lift, push, pull, and carry an average of 50 lbs.
- Must be at least 19 years of age to operate company vehicles.
- Pass a drug screening (excluding THC cannabis), motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check.
