Maintenance​/Housekeeping II - ONC

Position Overview

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a federally qualified health center, is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to ensure our facilities remain safe, sanitary, and welcoming for patients, clients, and employees.

Work in a mandatory COVID‑19 and flu vaccine organization.

• Perform daily cleaning of floors, bathrooms, offices, and common areas.
• Disinfect surfaces and properly dispose of biohazard and general waste.
• Maintain yard and exterior areas (mowing, trimming, debris and snow removal).
• Perform minor repairs (plumbing, painting, carpentry, lighting).
• Monitor building safety systems (smoke alarms, lighting, ventilation).
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Maintenance or janitorial experience preferred (training provided).
• Annual TB test required.

• Indoor and outdoor work, exposure to weather and cleaning chemicals.
• Fast‑paced healthcare setting.

Starting wage: $21.30 per hour.

Work schedule:

Monday – Saturday (flexible).
