Professional Cleaner

$20.00 per hour average based on commission (dependent on experience & ability % pay incentivizes those that are skilled & motivated)

Full‑time/Part‑time, year‑around work in Kittitas County (Cle Elum, Easton, Snoqualmie Pass, Lake Kachess, Roslyn, Ronald, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia, Tumble Creek, Thorp, Ellensburg). Company provides vans, professional cleaning equipment, and products, as well as shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. All major holidays and days surrounding holidays are off. Workdays are Monday through Friday, starting at 8:30 AM unless otherwise prearranged.

• Residential & commercial cleaning
• Post‑construction cleaning
• Move‑in/Move‑out cleaning
• Rotational house cleaning
• Vacation‑rental cleaning
• Utilizing a wide range of cleaning equipment and products

• Minimum age 21 years
• Ability to work with step ladders
• Follow safety protocols and Washington State safety laws
• Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to work
• Valid WA driver’s license with good record and insured on company insurance
• Punctual, good attendance, and strong work ethic
• Pass WSP criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Job history with professional and personal references is a plus
• Insured and bonded through company insurance
• Enjoys working indoors and driving from job to job
• Pleasant demeanor with colleagues and customers (team player)
• Clean, professional appearance and good hygiene
• Good physical condition and able to lift at least 25 lb.

Cleaning experience with references preferred, however we will train the right person with little to no experience.

$19.00‑25.00 per hour, dependent on experience & ability / optional % pay incentive for highly skilled & motivated individuals

Work in Kittitas County (Cle Elum, Easton, Snoqualmie Pass, Lake Kachess, Roslyn, Ronald, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia, Tumble Creek, Thorp, Ellensburg). Company provides vans, professional cleaning equipment, and products, as well as shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. Saturdays are always off. All major holidays and days surrounding holidays are off. Workdays are Monday through Friday with alternating Sundays. Work begins at 8:30 AM unless otherwise prearranged.

• Cleaning windows both interior and exterior
• Residential & commercial windows
• Post‑construction window cleaning
• Cleaning of tracks, frames, and screens
• High dusting, vacuuming, and wiping over 6 ft.
• Gutter cleaning
• Power washing
• Roof cleaning
• Minor odd jobs as needed

• Minimum age 21 years
• Work on 1‑2 story ladders up to 40 ft.
• Follow safety protocols and Washington State safety laws
• Self‑motivated with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to work
• Valid driver’s license with good record and insured on company insurance
• Punctual and strong work ethic
• Pass WSP criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Insured and bonded through company insurance
• Enjoys working outdoors and driving between jobs
• Team‑player demeanor with customers and staff
• Clean, professional appearance and good hygiene
• Good physical condition and able to lift at least 100 lb.
• Referral of at least one year of verifiable window‑cleaning experience preferred
• Job history with professional and personal references is a plus

Experience with references preferred; we will train the right person with little to no experience.
