Summary
The Commercial Cleaner maintains cleanliness and sanitation of our office and manufacturing facility.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in both office and manufacturing areas.
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. Communicate with Purchasing to have items reordered.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Notify management of any maintenance issues or safety hazards discovered during cleaning duties.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals used in commercial settings.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work evening or weekend shifts as needed.

WorkingConditions
An office setting inside a manufacturing environment where temperature variations exist from opening doors to the outside environment, smoke particulates from soldering and other manufacturing operations frequently occur and there are occasionally noise levels that require hearing protection.
