Join our team and help keep Lakeland Village clean and safe.

As a Custodian 1, the work you'll do impacts every part of the facility. Clean, sanitized spaces help staff do their jobs and help residents feel safe. You'll sweep, mop, and polish floors, clean and disinfect bathrooms, and keep dispensers stocked with supplies.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 6:30 A.M.

- 3:00 P.M. Positions performed on-site at this work location at least three days per week may also be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay on top of the advertised salary.

Some of what you will do:

• Sweep, mop, top scrub, and polish floors.
• Clean and disinfect walls, doors, counters, ledges, furniture, and equipment.
• Wash windows and glass, and vacuum carpet and carpet runners.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, tubs, and shower rooms, including toilets and sinks.
• Keep dispensers stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, and air freshener.
• Empty trash containers, and clean and wash porch areas.
• Remove snow when necessary.

Who should apply? Must be age 18 or older to be considered for this position. Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred for this position.
