Avenue5 Residential - - Responsibilities:
Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed;
Maintain and update the work order system to ensure timely completion;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness;
Assist with property emergencies (snow removal, fires, floods) and after-hours maintenance as needed;
Promote safety, risk management, and high-quality curb appeal while delivering strong customer service
