Sprague Pest Solutions, a leader in commercial pest management, is looking for a dedicated Commercial Pest Control Technician to join our dynamic team. • Conduct thorough inspections and monitoring at various commercial client locations to identify pest infestations or risks.
• Develop and implement effective pest management solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, findings, and recommendations to ensure continuity of protection and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering expert advice on pest prevention and control.
• Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles in a safe and clean condition.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques and industry regulations.
• Educate clients on the importance of pest control and prevention measures.

• Excellent knowledge of pest biology, behavior, and appropriate control techniques
• Skill in using pest control equipment and materials safely and effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• State pesticide applicator’s license strongly preferred or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Certification from a recognized pest control association is advantageous
