Maintenance Technician

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc., a leader in prepared foods, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our high-volume manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and facility systems to maximize uptime and ensure safe, reliable performance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; completing work orders; supporting equipment installations; and following strict safety, GMP, and food-safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing plant
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime
• Inspect, repair, and replace motors, conveyors, pumps, and related components
• Follow safety, GMP, and food-safety standards while working on equipment and facilities
• Document maintenance activities and parts usage in CMMS or maintenance logs
• Collaborate with production and sanitation teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption
• Assist with equipment installations, changeovers, and line improvements
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability
